The purpose of this ministry is to guide and train our children to walk in the steps of our Lord Jesus Christ- day by day and moment by moment- in every situation. Jesus came to earth to complete the work God had given Him. God also has work for us to do. Men are to preach and teach the Word of God, lead their families, provide for them, and care for them. Women have the work of being helpmeets to their husbands and nurturing their children. Each has a responsibility to be a faithful witness and reach out in love to the needy. It is with joy that we do this work for our Lord, and it is with joy that we teach our children likewise. It is God’s plan as revealed through His Word.

Keepers of the Faith Clubs
Keepers at Home
This club is for girls ages 6 & up and meets twice a month on Tuesdays.
Keepers at Home is similar to a Christian scouting club. Our focus is on learning to walk in the steps of Jesus and preparing to be a future helpmeet/ keeper at home. We work on various skills, earning badges and/or patches. We participate in local ministries in our community.
Cost
- $25 one-time fee for each child is collected upon joining
- $25 for yearly craft fee
- $17 for Keepers at Home Handbook
- Award pins may be purchased, as earned
- Sashes are available, but not mandatory
We permit every child to achieve without competing against each other. Success is not dependent on brains, talent, or speed. As in life, hard work, character, and perseverance are requirements for achievement.
There is homework, including Bible reading/memorization and skills that we are working on. We also have special events, holiday parties, and guest speakers.
Contenders of the Faith
Contenders of the Faith Club meets at the same time as the Keepers of the Faith Girls Club on two Tuesdays each month.
A multi-sensory/hands-on historical approach is implemented. We emphasize preparing our boys to be men of God and teaching them valuable skills for their future. Crafts and activities are chosen for relevance to each time period studied.
