Instructions to attend classes at R.O.C.: Read the Parents Handbook.
1. Submit your membership registration application online or download and print and bring with you to one of the co-op meetings or to Tuesday Class. Including the medical release form, it must be notarized.
(Treasurer, Sharlene Miers and President, Pat Kubicek are both notaries if you are in need of a notary.)
2. You may pay your non-refundable fees during orientation, the first day of class or the day of Registration: Please see all Registration Forms for explanation of fees (under Tuesday Class Registration Forms). Once membership application has been processed identification cards with membership number and information about our interactive yahoo discussion board will be distributed to you.
3. You must attend the first Orientation Meeting scheduled for September 27, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. or meet with a board member to have an orientation at the beginning of the semester to have the policies and procedures explained to you and for you to confirm in writing that you accept all policies and procedures. Your child may still attend classes on September 6, prior to the Orientation Meeting on September 27th.
4. You are now ready to choose classes! You can see the schedule under CLASSES OFFERED AND DESCRIPTIONS. Just add them to your class schedule form designed for this purpose and make sure to email all your class choices immediately to ensure your spot in the class (es).
